Shipping
We are happy to offer Free UPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $48 within the Continental US. All orders under $48 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 for UPS Ground. Free shipping will be discontinued during holiday and store-wide sales. In-stock product will usually ship between 2 and 3 business days after receiving your order. If there is a problem with your order, or your item is out of stock, we will notify you via the email address you provided with your order.
We also offer expedited shipping methods and international shipping.
Expedited Shipping
Rates for Overnight, 2nd Day & 3 Day Shipping are found at “Check Out” after you have chosen your items and are ready to give us your shipping information.
International Shipping
All shipping outside of the USA goes by United Stated Post Office Priority Mail International “Air”. You are charged their exact fees – we add nothing for shipping and handling. Actual charges are based on the weight and dimension of the package(s). We do our best to package as efficiently as possible. We will contact you with the estimated shipping charges prior to shipping your order. If you would like a shipping estimate before placing your order please feel free to contact us via this form.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping). Items must be in original packaging and in perfect resale-able condition. Please see the Merchandise Return Form included with your product shipment.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will arrange for a return shipment. Please contact us via this form.
